Bedford City Council to take eminent domain steps against Meadowbrook Plaza.
At the Bedford City Council Meeting on Monday November 7, 2005 the Bedford City Council will pass a resolution to further the public purpose of economic development at the underperforming Meadowbrook Plaza.
I have been a consistent critic on the conditions at Meadowbrook Plaza. An excellent opportunity for the City to gain new city revenue, and improve the appearance of the area is the re-development of Meadowbrook.
Monday night we will take the first step in making this re-development happen.
If you would like to attend the Council meeting, the session begins at 8:00 PM at City Hall. There will be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting.

This is a great happening for the City of Bedford. With the bill going through congress as I type! This urgency was very important and it we are very fortunate that you were councilmember for this crucial time!
